Jake, Jimmy and Scruffy

These cheeky triplets were born here in 2017. Their mother, Flo, was one of many ewes rescued from a person who was prosecuted for cruelty and neglect and subsequently banned for life from keeping animals.

Another ewe rescued from the same individual was Hope—be sure to read her story as well. Despite having endured severe neglect, Flo and her lambs displayed remarkable trust in humans.

Not only did Flo trust us, but she also taught her three lambs to do the same. It never ceases to amaze us how forgiving animals can be!

The triplets are delightfully mischievous and affectionate, always finding new ways to entertain themselves. Jimmy often finds himself atop the big round bales of hay in winter, enjoying a bit of Parkour.

Jake is usually the ringleader of their escapades, while Scruffy simply adores a cuddle. These three will remain inseparable forever—their own trio of musketeers!
