Kamari

Kamari was born in September 2022. Her mother is Narina, one of our rescue alpacas.

 

When we rescued Narina, we knew she was pregnant, but we weren’t sure exactly when the cria would arrive, so we were overjoyed when Kamari was born! Narina has been an exceptional mother, and Kamari has thrived, growing stronger each day.

 

She is an incredibly cheeky cria, delighting in bouncing around and causing mischief. Kamari has also formed a close friendship with Zsa Zsa.

 

This is our first experience with a cria at the sanctuary, and witnessing her growth has been a truly beautiful experience. We named her Kamari, which means ‘moonlight,’ as her bright white markings against her dark fur resemble moonlight perfectly.
