Spend a relaxing, restorative Saturday morning being creative at The Farm Animal Sanctuary this August. Local artist Penny Penny is running a series of adult art classes in the peaceful surroundings of the sanctuary, with our rescued animals for gentle company and plenty of inspiration close at hand.

Whether you’re an experienced painter or haven’t picked up a brush since school, these welcoming sessions are open to all abilities. Penny will guide you through the morning at a pace that suits you, so you can simply slow down, switch off and enjoy the creative escape.

All art materials are provided, so there’s nothing to bring but yourself. You’ll also be looked after with tea, coffee or a cold drink and a doughnut or muffin along the way.

Places are limited to 20 per class to keep things relaxed and unhurried, so early booking is recommended. And of course, every booking helps support the care of the more than 600 rescued animals who live here at the sanctuary.
