The leaves are falling, the nights are drawing in, and there’s a crisp chill in the air – winter is on its way!
Here at The Farm Animal Sanctuary, we’re feeling both grateful and excited.
Every season brings its own challenges, but thanks to your unwavering support, we’re able to continue providing a safe haven for our cherished animals.
Our spooky Halloween event was a ‘spook-tacular’ success, drawing more visitors than ever before! Thank you to everyone who joined in and helped raise essential funds to support our work, especially as the colder months approach. Every contribution ensures we’re prepared for the season ahead, and we’re thrilled to say this was our busiest Halloween yet!
Now that Halloween has passed, we’re excited to swap ghosts and goblins for twinkling lights and festive cheer at our upcoming Christmas Fair! Save the date, and come along to join in the seasonal spirit with our rescue sheep and Clive and Ernie, our beloved donkeys.
They’re ready to spread Christmas joy and welcome you with a little donkey charm!
This month, we opened our doors to Tony, a five-year-old pig in need of an urgent new home. Facing a difficult situation, his previous owners had only 48 hours to find him a sanctuary.
While other rescues were sadly unable to take him in, we simply couldn’t turn him away.
Tony has quickly settled in and is already showing his lively personality – he’s vocal, adventurous, and always busy exploring his new surroundings.
This is what The Farm is all about: offering animals like Tony a safe, loving, forever home.
The 2025 Calendar has arrived! This beautiful edition showcases 11 stunning photographs of our beloved rescued residents, with a unique twist for December that we absolutely adore.
Each month, you’ll be greeted by the friendly faces of our sanctuary animals, making it the perfect way to celebrate the year ahead while supporting our work.
There’s truly no better way to usher in each new month than with these heartwarming images!
Our Christmas cards are also available, featuring festive designs inspired by our lovely residents. Each A6 card is left blank inside, allowing you to add a personal message for friends and family. The cards come in packs of 8 or 16, with four cards of each design, and include envelopes for easy mailing.
They’re a wonderful way to share Christmas cheer while supporting the sanctuary!
Every purchase helps us provide care and warmth for our rescued animals through the winter season.
Join us for a festive evening of fun at the sanctuary, perfect for the whole family!
Enjoy vegan food from The Boxx n Bar, delicious doughnuts and hot drinks from Golden Glaze, craft and gift stalls, a grotto scene where children can receive sweets from Santa, live music, and, of course, the chance to meet our animals!
